Alison Perdue is a second-year student at Ryerson university in Toronto, Canada, for music business. She has a powerful passion for music, the live industry, and wants nothing more than to pursue a career as a tour manager. Alison currently interns at United Talent Agency and works at Apex Lighting & Sound, and has studied the industry as conferences including the Billboard Touring Conference in New York, Canadian Music Week in Toronto, MIDEM in Cannes, France, The Ultimate Seminar in London, UK. She additionally hosts a monthly music industry meet ups in downtown Toronto, events at which aspiring, young, passionate, and hard-working individuals are able to learn from speakers in the business and network with other locals.

From the experience of being an avid fan who has traveled to different cities for shows, lined up overnight for general admission concerts, and has grown up surrounded by a group of friends equally as passionate, Alison understands fans from a truly unique perspective. She wants to use her passion for the music industry to help bands grow by helping them understand fans so that they are able to create an intimate and genuine relationship with them, and a community that will always be by their sides.

If you are an emerging band/ artist, or a student aspiring to work in the business and in need of advice or guidance, email Alison and she will do anything she can to help.
